I’m Emily Piazza, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counseling, and Birth Doula.

I support women through pregnancy and postpartum who want a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies, including those navigating gestational diabetes or a history of disordered eating.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, and guided by the belief that you deserve care that feels supportive, respectful, and human.
